For a couple of days this week Domain Sponsor has had some data issues. We recorded a domain have three different results in the reports that Domain Sponsor provided.

For example, we tested the data for the 14th May and found that when looking at an individual domain there were 80 views. When you clicked on the domain to view the results by day a value of 40 was displayed. If you downloaded the CSV file you received a value of 0.

If you regularly download stats from Domain Sponsor make sure that you double check your records and re-download some of the days for this week because it's likely that you picked up garbage data.

I believe that it's important to notify Domain Sponsor or any parking company when their numbers just don't seem to be working out. Make sure that you do this in a professional manner that enhances the symbiotic relationship between domainers and parking companies.

Meanwhile, since ParkLogic is downloading into our system data from more and more parking companies I'll do my best to keep you informed of any discrepancies.
